If you have not received the item and it has been delivered or cannot be tracked, please contact us or email us ( boutique@imuka-timukat.com ) with your order number, name, and the fact that you have not received the item.

Squaring is available in two sizes: S size (approx. 6,5-8 US size) and L size (approx. 10-11 US size).

The slim one is 2mm wide, the wide one is 7mm wide. The S size has an inner diameter of 16mm, and the L size has an inner diameter of 18mm. However, the 7mm wide ring may feel a little tighter than the 2mm wide ring.

When wearing or removing the ring, it can be done smoothly by tilting it diagonally.

Repairs within one year of purchase are covered by the warranty and will be carried out free of charge.

Please send us an email (boutique@imuka-timukat.com) mentioning the store where you purchased the item, date, your name, details of the repair, images of the jewelry, and proof that the item was purchased within one year.

The following cases are not covered by warranty:

• Discoloration and stains due to aging

Please note that we cannot repair discoloration or stains on pearls, beads, crystals, natural stones, metal parts, etc. due to degradation over time.

• Discoloration of silver plated products and silver 950 products

When silver plated products and Silver 950 products come into contact with moisture, sweat, cosmetics, chemicals, etc., a chemical reaction occurs and discoloration occurs. Please wipe carefully with a soft cloth after use.

• Resize Please note that changing the size of a square ring is not possible due to its square structure.
