Your ordered items will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed via international parcel service by La Poste.

Delivery typically takes about 2 days within France after dispatch, and approximately 1–2 weeks for other countries.

If you have not received the item and it has been delivered or cannot be tracked, please contact us with your order number, name, and the fact that you have not received the item.

If you have any problems with payment (an error occurs, the promotional code is not reflected, etc.), we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us to let us know that you are unable to pay

We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase and we will refund you the total amount.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and the item you received within one week after receiving the item.

We will immediately send you the product you ordered.

If you ordered multiple items but did not receive all the items, please contact us with your order number, name and missing item(s) within one week after receiving the package.

We will send the missing items immediately.

If you would like to return the item(s), please contact us with your order number, name and reason for return within 7 days after receiving the package.

We will only accept exchanges for products in the case of initial defects.

Squaring is available in two sizes: S size (approx. 6,5-8 US size) and L size (approx. 10-11 US size).

The slim one is 2mm wide, the wide one is 7mm wide. The S size has an inner diameter of 16mm, and the L size has an inner diameter of 18mm. However, the 7mm wide ring may feel a little tighter than the 2mm wide ring.

When wearing or removing the ring, it can be done smoothly by tilting it diagonally.

Repairs within one year of purchase are covered by the warranty and will be carried out free of charge.

The following cases are not covered by warranty:

• Discoloration and stains due to aging

Please note that we cannot repair discoloration or stains on pearls, beads, crystals, natural stones, metal parts, etc. due to degradation over time.

• Discoloration of silver plated products and silver 950 products

When silver plated products and Silver 950 products come into contact with moisture, sweat, cosmetics, chemicals, etc., a chemical reaction occurs and discoloration occurs. Please wipe carefully with a soft cloth after use.

• Resize Please note that changing the size of a square ring is not possible due to its square structure.

Other jewelry such as necklaces and bracelets, we may make them longer or shorter depending on the design, so please contact us.

If the length can be changed, we will give you a quote.

Please wipe carefully with a soft cloth after use.

Sweat, sebum, cosmetics, etc. on your jewelry can cause discoloration.

When storing, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and store in a jewelry box.

After washing gently with water diluted with neutral detergent, rinse thoroughly and wipe with a soft cloth such as a towel and dry completely

❮Silver plated products/Silver 950 products❯

Gently polish silver-plated products and 950 silver products to remove sulfurization (discoloration caused by chemical reactions) with a silver jewelry cloth.

❮18K gold products❯

Gently polish with a soft cloth or special cloth for gold.
