Delivery and Shipping fee
Your item(s) will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is confirmed in an international package by France Postal Service (La Poste).
Usually, the product will arrive in 2 days from shipping in France, and in around 1 week for other countries.

I have not received my package
Please check the post office website using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.
If you have not received the item and it has been delivered or cannot be tracked, please contact us with your order number, name, and the fact that you have not received the item.
Payment problem
If you have any problems with payment (an error occurs, the promotional code is not reflected, etc.), we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us to let us know that you are unable to pay

How to use discount code

Cancel my order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase and we will refund you the total amount.

I received the wrong product
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and the item you received within one week after receiving the item.
We will immediately send you the product you ordered.

I received my incomplete order
If you ordered multiple items but did not receive all the items, please contact us with your order number, name and missing item(s) within one week after receiving the package.
We will send the missing items immediately.
Return
If you would like to return the item(s), please contact us with your order number, name and reason for return within 7 days after receiving the package.

Exchange
We will only accept exchanges for products in the case of initial defects.

SquareRing size

The square ring is only available in one size (approximately size 15).

Repair
Repairs within one year of purchase are covered by the warranty and will be carried out free of charge.

The following cases are not covered by warranty:
- Discoloration and stains due to aging
Please note that we cannot repair discoloration or stains on pearls, beads, crystals, natural stones, metal parts, etc. due to degradation over time.

- Discoloration of silver plated products and silver 950 products
When silver plated products and Silver 950 products come into contact with moisture, sweat, cosmetics, chemicals, etc., a chemical reaction occurs and discoloration occurs. Please wipe carefully with a soft cloth after use.

- Resize Please note that changing the size of a square ring is not possible due to its square structure.
Other jewelry such as necklaces and bracelets, we may make them longer or shorter depending on the design, so please contact us.
If the length can be changed, we will give you a quote.

When storing, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and store in a jewelry box.

Gently polish silver-plated products and 950 silver products to remove sulfurization (discoloration caused by chemical reactions) with a silver jewelry cloth.
