Refund policy

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via the inquiry form, providing your order number, name, and the reason for the return.

Items must be returned in unused condition, together with all included accessories (such as the jewelry box and jewelry pouch). Returns will only be accepted for items that can be deemed unused in accordance with our company standards.

Please note that return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
